Description: This a rarely found version of this exquisite design for a cigarette box by Carl Auböck II. We have seen versions with simple wood tops, rattan tops and others that do not have the multi-opening capability as shown. Extremely well made as expected from the Werkstätte Carl Auböck. We have only seen one other of this exact model come to market. This box does not appear to have been used and has no smell of tobacco. Would make an excellent dresser box for jewelry, or other objects.
