Description: Here is another of the iconic Auböck modernist designs for a nutcracker.  Extremely well documented and highly sought after, this nutcracker is in our humble opinion at the pinnacle of modern design.  Bearing the correct impressed signature and Made in Austria marks, this example was likely made in the 1960s by the look of the patina.  This design along with his “wrench” nutcracker which we also have on offer are two of his more well known designs.
