Description: Here is a medium sized Shoemaker lidded box with a diamond pattern parquet inlaid lid made of Cocobolo and Rosewood.  The lid for this box is hinged with beautiful handmade wood hinges as shown.  The quality of construction on these Shoemaker boxes is excellent.  Retains its original Shoemaker label as shown.  Shoemaker’s work is becoming highly sought after for its excellent design and quality of craftsmanship. We are very fond of his tabletop objects such as his boxes, trays and candlesticks.
