Description: Carl Auböck III designed his famous flatware set 2060 in 1957 which won numerous awards. Although these salad servers were not designed as part of this flatware, they can often be found as part of it as they were manufactured by the same firm and integrate well with it. These are a very well documented design and the drawing for this design can be found in the Archives catalog. These were patented and are marked with the patent number 193567 and bear the Aubock name and Amboss manufacturer marks as shown. An example of this set can be found in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. We have two sets available for purchase.
