Description:  Pierre Vandel was born in 1939 in Roubaix in France. He received his college degree in industrial design, after which he joined the design office of Ponts et Chaussées and studied at the CNAM (Arts and Crafts). He is known for his 1970s designs of stereo equipment, side tables, shelving units, lighting and other furniture. In 1969 he founded his brand Pierre Vandel-Paris. These objects retain their original round Vandel stickers.  

Condition: Very good used.  A few very minor scratches on the nutcracker and a few dings to edges of the salt/pepper.
